A warm welcome to all on behalf of the Brunswick Spiritual Lyceum Church Inc.

The Brunswick Spiritual Lyceum was originally established in 1903 as a Childrens’ Spiritualist Lyceum situated and located at the Mechanics Institute on corner of Glenlyon Street and Sydney Road Coburg. In 1910 we moved to our current address at 259 Victoria Street Brunswick.

Our services contain no dogma although a format is followed such as a 15 minute talk on a topic relating to our philosophy, a reading from the Lyceum Manual, songs, and a healing meditation. There are also guest mediums, who give proof of survival to members they select from the congregation.
In recent times we have added days when flower readings and tarot readings are given to every member of the congregation which have become extremely popular and are very well attended.
The service is of 90 minutes duration and after the service there is afternoon tea which gives people a chance to meet like-minded people in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We also conduct special events such as evenings of clairvoyance with overseas mediums, a monthly readings day, various workshops; and a forum afternoon which brings proof of survival and messages from loved ones, directly to the participants.
